KRAFTWELE STAGE V series generators are modern, also mobile, generating sets with a power of 30–140 kVA. They have been designed with professional use in mind, combining high performance with a compact design. All STAGE V models meet the strict Stage V emissions standard (NRMM) in accordance with EU regulation 2016/1628.

CONSTRUCTION

KRAFTWELE STAGE V series units are powered by modern four-cylinder YUNNEI diesel engines in the Common Rail system, factory equipped with EGR, DOC, DPF and SCR systems to meet Stage V standards.

EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) - is an exhaust gas recirculation system used in internal combustion engines (both gasoline and diesel), whose task is to reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions.

DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) – an oxidation catalyst that reduces the concentration of carbon monoxide and unburned hydrocarbons in exhaust gases.

DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) – a particulate filter that captures soot and fine particulate matter.

SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) – reduces nitrogen oxides (NOx) to nitrogen and water vapor using AdBlue.

Each unit has a redesigned exhaust system housing catalytic converters and a filter, additional thermal insulation and a built-in AdBlue tank - all in one compact housing. Despite this, the unit remains compact in size, which makes it easier to transport and install.

They operate at a standard speed of 1,500 rpm and generate three-phase voltage of 50 Hz, guaranteeing stable operating parameters.

Thanks to the sound-absorbing housing and residential silencer, the noise level is only 65 - 67 dB(A) at a distance of 7 m.

OPERATION

KRAFTWELE STAGE V series units have been designed for demanding customers and for operation in all conditions. Each unit has a solid steel frame that also serves as a fuel tank, is impact-resistant and facilitates loading thanks to built-in handles and pockets for the truck's forks.
